The National Ability Center (NAC) is excited to announce the return of its annual Red, White & Snow fundraising weekend. This premier event will take place in Park City, Utah, from Wednesday, March 5 through Saturday, March 8, bringing together renowned chefs and winemakers to highlight extraordinary culinary delights, exquisite wines, and unparalleled skiing adventures. Proceeds from the event will help the National Ability Center continue serving over 5,400 individuals and provide more than $6.5 million in program subsidies and scholarship funding.
The signature event features six unique experiences:
This year’s event boasts standout wineries, including Verite—an award-winning boutique operation established in 1998, known for crafting three flagship blends and producing roughly 5,000 cases annually. Also featured is Prive Vineyard, a two-acre estate helmed by the trailblazing young vintner Piper Underbrink, celebrated for its exceptional Pinot Noir, especially the Pommard Clone, with an annual production of about 300 cases. Making their debut at this year’s event are Zialena Winery, an Alexander Valley estate founded in 2011 by siblings, and Soter Vineyards, a biodynamic farm and vineyard spanning 240 acres in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
This year, we are honored to name Suzanne Phifer Pavitt of Phifer Pavitt Winery as our honorary vintner, while Brooks Kirchheimer, owner of Hill Top Hospitality—featuring Hearth and Hill, Urban Hill, and Hill’s Kitchen—serves as our honorary restaurateur. Red, White & Snow is proudly supported by partners including Vail Resorts EpicPromise, Intermountain Health, Assurant, Polsinelli Law Firm, UBS, Mogul Financial Group, and several other esteemed organizations.
