Wattle Gully Retreat is a haven of 50 acres of native bush land and rainforest with a beautiful mountain creek winding through the property. Located in the picturesque Blackall Ranges, with the Glasshouse Mountains as its neighbour, this private bush retreat boasts a beautiful waterfall, cascading rock pools, rainforest and bush walks.
Accommodation ranges from cosy cottages ideal for couples or individuals seeking a secluded nature retreat to the larger Wattle Gully Farmhouse which can accommodate up to 14 guests. All guests are welcome to attend daily feedings of our resident goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks and geese. The Retreat is also home to a variety of native animals including abundant birdlife. Misty mountain mornings are stirred by the morning calls of the local birdlife. Spirals of smoke rise from the chimneys on cold winter mornings. Enjoy rainforest walks, relaxing with a picnic beside the rock pools along the mountain creek or treat yourself to a relaxing massage in the privacy of your own cabin.
