The Fresh and Pale Ales, Lager, IPA, Bao Bao, Saison No. 1 and Cider are their “regulars,” but there’s nothing regular about them. Think elegant saisons bittered with local Margaret River herbs and cider made with 100 per cent West Australian apples.
